Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colors and specifications accurately. However, natural wood varies in grain and color, and colors may look different depending on your screen. Product images are for illustration, and minor differences in design or finish may occur.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel your order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Warranty

Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty stated on each product page. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear and weathering of natural wood.

Installation & Safe Use

You're responsible for installing and using your product safely and in line with the instructions and local building and electrical codes. Electrical heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician. Consult your doctor before using a sauna or cold plunge if you have any health concerns.
