SaunasEnvy Refund Policy

Effective Date: 09/30/2025

At SaunasEnvy, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our wellness products. Due to the nature of our offerings—including custom-built saunas, yoni chairs, and specialty wellness equipment—we enforce a strict refund policy to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business.


1.  No Refunds on Custom or Made-to-Order Items

All custom, made-to-order, or personalized products—including but not limited to infrared saunas, steam rooms, and yoni chairs—are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes items with selected wood types, dimensions, heating configurations, or any other customization.


2. Eligible Refunds (Standard Products Only)

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The item is a standard, non-custom product
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival (see Section 3)
  • The return is pre-approved by our support team via written confirmation

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the damage
  • We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund at our discretion

Failure to report damage within the 48-hour window may void eligibility for compensation.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom or made-to-order items. Standard products may be exchanged only if approved by our support team and returned in unused, original condition within 7 calendar days.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. SaunasEnvy is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.


6. ❌ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom saunas and yoni chairs
  • Opened or used wellness accessories
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. SaunasEnvy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
