Warranty Policy

Every SaunasEnvy sauna is built to last. Our 2-year limited warranty protects you against manufacturing defects, and our team is here to help if anything isn't right.

What's Covered

For 2 years from the date of delivery, we cover defects in materials and workmanship of your sauna under normal residential use, including:

• Structural defects in the sauna body, frame, benches and door
• Defective glass, hinges, handles and hardware supplied with the sauna
• Defective electrical components supplied by SaunasEnvy, such as control panels and lighting

Heaters, WiFi controls and other accessories are covered by the warranty stated on each product page, which may be provided by the heater manufacturer.

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect or lack of normal maintenance
• Damage from improper installation, or electrical work not done by a licensed electrician
• Natural characteristics and changes of wood, such as color changes, knots, small surface checks or cracks, and weathering of exterior wood
• Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic changes that don't affect how the sauna works
• Damage from extreme weather, flooding, fire or other events outside our control
• Products that have been modified, repaired by others without our approval, or used commercially
• Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery (see our Shipping Policy)

How to Make a Claim

• Email support@saunasenvy.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos or video.
• Our team will review your claim and may ask for more information or an inspection.
• If the claim is approved, we'll repair the defect or send replacement parts. If a repair isn't possible, we'll offer a replacement or another fair solution.

Your Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
